Ashley Monastiero

Hailing from the northeastern Massachusetts region, Ashley Monastiero is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a successful career spanning over 14 years in sales and leadership at some of the world’s largest tech firms including IBM & SAP. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in Boston and resides full time in Naples. 

Ashley’s family background is in real estate development and investment in both the residential and commercial space. Ashley and her husband are established real estate investors with multiple properties throughout the east coast. Throughout her career Ashley has established herself as a reliable, compassionate, and driven sales professional and has built a global network of colleagues and friends.

After spending many happy years visiting Naples, Ashley and her family made the decision to move here full time with their two young children. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys involvement at her children’s school and loves to stay active playing golf or with family at our beautiful local beaches.
