Born and raised in the Detroit, Michigan area, Ben Maltese worked in his father’s small business from a young age. He bought his first investment property when he was only 17, before entering a career in the Tool and Die industry.
Ben earned his realtor license in 1982 and thus began his professional real estate career. Since that time, he has been involved in real estate sales, residential and commercial development, and general contracting. His background also includes hotel development, ownership, and operations.
With 34 years of experience in the real estate industry in the states of Michigan and Florida, Ben offers his clients a well-rounded understanding of real estate investments.
Ben and his wife Michelle and children, Rachael and Gabriel, have been residents of Naples, Florida since 1995.
